Meet Kayla (she/her)

Person wearing colorful checkered shirt, glasses, with pink and brown hair, seated indoors.

Embarking on the journey to understand your story takes immense courage. Whether it's filled with emotional struggles, past trauma, or the weight of anxiety about what lies ahead, I want you to know you're not alone in this. Together, we can begin to rewrite your narrative with compassion and clarity. I invite you to explore the unspoken and taboo topics - no topic is off limits. My goal is to help you feel comfortable in your own skin and support you in uncovering your true, authentic self. The process of self-exploration is transformative, and I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

As a Board-Certified Art Therapist, I use the art-making process as a tool for self-discovery. Creative expression in therapy can help you access parts of your story that might otherwise be hard to put into words. No artistic skill is needed - just curiosity to explore your feelings, desires, and emotions in a way that can lead to deeper insight & healing.

I strive to create a safe, open, & inspiring space to talk about the issues that haven’t been explored yet. Utilizing a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, I work alongside you, respecting your pace and helping you navigate past and present challenges. Every step is important, and I'm here to support you on your journey toward healing and wholeness.
