How can we help?

Ready to start therapy? Complete our Inquiry Form!

If you want to request an appointment directly, you can select “Request an Appointment”.

Our Intake Process What to Expect

  • 1. Get In Touch

The best way to get started is to complete our Inquiry Form .

This form will collect basic demographics, billing and insurance details, therapy preferences, and your general availability. You may request a specific therapist, or our Practice Manager can assist you in finding and connecting with the clinician who is the best fit for your needs.

If you know who you want to work with, your can Request a Consultation (or Intake) here. You'll fill out the same form, but scheduling will be faster.

  • 2. Request an appointment

Once we receive your form, we’ll:

    ✔️ Verify insurance (if applicable).

    ✔️ Check availability & preferences.

✔️ Match you with a Therapist (if applicable).

✔️ Send a scheduling link. (we will not send this if you requested an appointment directly).

  • 3. We'll approve your request

After you request an initial appointment, we will review and approve the request within 24-48 business hours.

You will get an automatic email either confirming or denying the request. We will also always follow up via email to share insurance details (if applicable) and confirm next steps.

Therapist availability can change quickly. A therapist may no longer be taking new clients or have the slot you want. If we can’t accept your request, we will contact you to discuss options.

  • 4. Attend your first appointment

While not always required, we recommend scheduling a Free Consultation prior to a full Intake Session.

    Free Consultations:
We’ll send a video link automatically, but you can choose a phone consult instead. Consults last about 15 minutes and are a chance to see if the therapist is a good fit and to ask any questions.

    Intake Session:‍ ‍
The intake is your first official session. You’ll get an Intake Packet before the appointment that must be completed beforehand. Sessions last about 50–60 minutes and cover policies, goals, and a basic treatment plan.
